Reduce the Sports Stress Over the Holiday
It’s the holiday season, and we are all running around like crazy people. But even with all of the shopping and festivities, we cannot forget how to be a positive sports parent. Over the holidays, there are plenty of games and tournaments, so take a moment to remind yourself about how to best support your child during this hectic holiday season. The following five "quick tips" are adapted from Jim Thompson’s book, Positive Sports Parenting. Just read the headlines of the "quick tips" and apply them to all aspects of maintaining your sanity during the holiday season!
